14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Narrazen does not run smoothly on your computer, does not meet your listening needs, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email [email protected] with:

• Your purchase receipt or Stripe checkout email, or
• The Google account email address associated with your Narrazen account.

You do not need to provide an elaborate explanation. If you have technical feedback, we welcome it, but it is never required to receive a refund.

Refund Settlement & Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. They typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Upon refund completion, active device activations associated with the refunded purchase will be deactivated at the end of their current entitlement window.
